Available outputs: aerial bird's-eye view renderings, human-eye perspective renderings, close-up detail shots, 360° panoramic images and architectural animation clips. We design for all kinds of processing factories, logistics warehouses, breeding workshops, open rain shelters and outdoor basketball court canopies.
We are familiar with heavy H-beam steel structures, steel pipe truss structures, space grid structures and many other construction types. We will optimize your initial ideas, and excel at exterior shape design, color & material matching and facade decoration. Basic Service
Select any one of the four types of steel structure industrial buildings shown above for a single steel frame rendering.
Only the steel frame is included, without panels, doors, or windows. It can only be used for simple communication drawings. The viewing angle can be either a human perspective or a bird's-eye view. Comes with one panoramic image and one 15-second animation. Structural details follow standard industry practices. Modifications are not supported. You only need to provide the basic dimensions of the building to generate the images.
Standard Service
Pick one of the four steel buildings above, render 4 images with steel frame, facade, doors, windows, and decorations.
Includes steel frame, panels, doors, windows, and exterior decorations. Suitable for formal renderings. Supports detailed modifications to the steel frame; most elements within this building can be modified, including similar irregular structures. Four renderings from different perspectives are automatically generated, and you can specify the viewpoints. Comes with one panoramic image and one 15-second animation. Supports three rounds of modifications. You only need to provide the basic dimensions and detailed requirements for this building to generate the images. Ground, distant views, and surrounding environment outside the building use default simple configurations and cannot be modified.
Premium Service
Pick one of the four steel buildings above, render 8 images with steel frame, facade, doors, windows, and surroundings.
Includes all standard service content, with eight steel frame renderings. Supports surrounding environment simulation, existing building simulation, terrain simulation, virtual beautification of the surrounding environment, road landscape, and greening. Note: No oversized scenes. Only simulate the scene within the rendering range around the building. You cannot create an entire industrial zone for just one building. Large scenes require separate pricing. Provide building details and surrounding environment details to generate the images.
Complete Service Process
Convenient and fast design process
1. Send me your basic requirements by email or by submitting a form.
2. I will analyze your requirements and reply within 12 hours, letting you know if it can be done and the price.
3. Further discuss the details, you send design materials, drawings, or reference images, and I will analyze further.
4. Confirm that communication is complete, design details are agreed upon, and the price is agreed upon.
5. Differentiate client types: individual temporary users and building professionals (construction teams, building material sales companies, peer design firms).
6. Individual clients make payment on my Fiverr store page, because it is a third-party platform, so you don't have to worry about me taking the money and not delivering the designs.
6. Building professionals pay after delivery. The designs are created first, and after you are satisfied with the work, payment is due within three days.
7. Start designing according to the agreed timeline; multiple rounds of detailed communication and revisions may be needed along the way.
8. After all details have been revised, the final work is delivered.
9. The client takes the designs to discuss with the end client; if the end client has revision requests, I will make a second round of revisions.
10. If the end client changes their mind again, I will make a third round of revisions. The transaction is then completed. Final designs are delivered only three times in total.
Payment Methods
Flexible Payment Terms
1. Individual temporary clients go to my Fiverr store page.I will send you the link via email.
2. Building professionals: post-payment. Contact me via email. I will start the design work first, and after completion, payment is due within three days.
3. Credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and other methods are supported.
4.After the first delivery of the complete work, I will ask you which payment method is most convenient for you. Based on your preference, I will send a payment invoice by email.
5.Pay according to the agreed price, based on your satisfaction level. If you are basically satisfied, pay the full price. If you are not fully satisfied, pay less than the original price. If you are particularly satisfied, feel free to add a tip on top of the original price.
6.Design service attitude, quality of the design work, delivery time. If you are not satisfied with any of these, you are free to deduct from the payment. If you don't want to pay at all, please just be direct and let me know that you don't wish to cooperate in the future. I will not chase you for the design fee and will consider it as a free favor. But from then on, we will no longer work together.
7.If there is no reply or no payment is completed within three days after the first delivery, I will consider you an unfriendly user and refuse to cooperate in the future.
8.Post-payment is only available for building professionals: construction companies, building material sales companies, and design peers. However, I need to verify your official website and social media presence to confirm that you are indeed a professional in the architecture and construction industry.
9.I don't want anyone to feel stressed or worried about being deceived when working with me, so I choose to sacrifice my own interests and offer post-payment.
10.I maintain strong sincerity and am willing to establish long-term cooperation, undertaking architectural 3D modeling outsourcing projects. I am very confident that my pricing, skills, service, professionalism, and speed will meet your satisfaction.
