Welcome to Sidng Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

Sidng Studio provides:

• Rendering Design Services - 3D modeling, architectural rendering, architectural animation, CAD construction drawings, panoramic views, 3D printing models, and AI agent development
• Building Materials Supply - Polycarbonate sheets (sunlight panels) and greenhouse steel frames

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

2. Intellectual Property

All design work created by Sidng Studio remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the design for their intended project only
• Clients may NOT resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any design created by Sidng Studio
• We reserve the right to include completed designs in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise in writing
• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

3. Payment Terms

Design Services:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before any work begins
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and before final file delivery
• All payments are in USD
• Work will not commence until the deposit has been received

Building Materials:

• Full payment is required before any materials are shipped
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

4. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery Time:

• Standard delivery time for design services: 3-7 business days from deposit receipt and all required information
• Complex projects may require additional time, which will be communicated upon order
• Material shipping times vary by destination and carrier

Revisions:

• Each design project includes 2 rounds of free revisions
• Additional revisions are available at $50 per revision
• Revisions must be requested in writing within 14 days of design delivery

5. Refund Policy

Design Services:

• If no work has begun: 100% refund minus any transaction fees
• If work has begun but not completed: Refund amount is determined by work completed, deposit is non-refundable
• If design is completed and delivered: No refund
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment

Building Materials:

• Orders may be canceled before shipping for a full refund
• Once shipped, no refunds are available
• Damaged materials must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sidng Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our maximum liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service or product in question
• We are not responsible for any third-party costs, delays, or damages arising from the use of our designs or materials
• We do not guarantee that our designs will result in any specific business outcomes or approvals

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with our website
• Attempt to bypass any security measures on our website
• Reverse engineer, copy, or steal any design, code, or content from our website
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website
• Use our website for any illegal purpose

8. User Content

When you submit content (such as project requirements, reference images, or feedback) to us:

• You warrant that you own or have permission to share such content
• You grant us a license to use the content to fulfill your requested services
• We are not responsible for verifying ownership of content you provide

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Delaware, USA.

Note: Our services are intended for clients in North America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not actively offer services to residents of the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA).

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
