At Sidng Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), we strive to deliver high-quality design services and building materials. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to this policy.

1. Design Services Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notes for Design Services

  • The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to zhangteng8885@gmail.com within 7 days of payment
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval
  • All refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to deduct reasonable administrative fees from refunds

⚠️ Important Notes for Building Materials

  • No refunds are issued once materials have been shipped (except for defects)
  • Defective or damaged materials must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • Materials must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
  • Refunds are issued after we inspect returned materials

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. No "Change of Mind" Refunds

We do not offer "change of mind" refunds. Please review your requirements carefully before placing an order. For design services, we encourage you to review our portfolio and have a consultation before committing. For materials, please verify specifications before ordering.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that we have not provided, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If we cannot reach an agreement, any dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law specified in our Terms & Conditions (Delaware, United States).
